Short version: we do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting, we have no forms, and we do not build profiles. The only personal data we handle are the technical data any web server receives, and the content of emails you choose to send us.
1. Data controller

2. What we process and why

We do not use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising or retargeting pixels, social-media plugins, embedded videos, web fonts from third parties or any other third-party requests. All files are served from our own domain. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Partner links
When you click a partner link, your browser goes to our redirect page and then to the affiliate partner's website, and from there to the game's website. If you arrived on our site through an advertisement whose address contained campaign parameters (such as utm_source, msclkid or gclid), a small script copies those parameters onto the partner link so that the visit can be attributed. We do not read, store or combine these parameters ourselves. Once you are on the partner's or the game publisher's site, their own privacy and cookie policies apply, and they act as independent controllers.
4. Recipients
Server log data are processed on our behalf by our web hosting provider, acting as a processor under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise them, email info@vanderis.online. We may need to ask for information to confirm that a request is yours; for server logs, the date, time and IP address of your visit help us find the entries.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.
6. Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly process children's data.
7. Changes
If we change how we process data we will update this policy and its effective date.
